Inga is an experienced project coordinator who specialises in commercial management, personnel management and project coordination with strong commercial experience in the preparation and issuance of project proposals, tenders, RFP’s budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules across Asia, including contract negotiation skills and procurement execution and analysis.
Her technical expertise is in international contract analysis and project scheduling and controls with significant cross-cultural personnel management including standards and policy development. She is also fluent in Mongolian, Russian and Japanese.
