Managing Director

Greg Millen is the Managing and co-founding Director with Mr Mark Dorloff.

Greg brings more than twenty-five years’ international experience in engineering projects across the breadth of Natural Resources sectors including Mining & Metals, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Renewables, Power and Water.

A Global Perspective with a focus on Delivery and Shareholder Value are hallmarks of Greg’s ‘results driven’ implementation style which can be attributed to his early working career with recognized organizations such as Mobil Oil, United Construction Group and Wesfarmers Resources. Greg remains ‘hands on’ within the Wave business to Determine, Design and Deliver in various project roles such as Client Advisor/Representative, Project Director and Project Reviewer for all manner of projects large and small.

Key areas of expertise in major projects include – execution strategy, formulation & review of estimates with oversight of delay / cost variables and risk, management of all levels of studies (concept to definitive), multidiscipline design management, procurement & construction management, commissioning and operational readiness oversight.

Greg holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Australia. He is a Chartered (CPEng), Fellow (FIEAust) and Engineering Executive (EngExec) of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

Greg is accredited to the National Engineers Register (NER) and is a registered professional engineer (RPEQ) of the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (BPEQ).
Greg is recognised under the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Engineer IntPE(Aus) as a professionally qualified engineer and strategic business traveller within an APEC economy holding an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC).
