Michael is an experienced Mine Manager and Project Consultant with 28 years’ in all facets of Mine Management, Project Delivery and Company Restructures. Michael has experience across Australia and Africa in strategic leadership through corporate and operational roles. Recent roles have included COO of a listed European Rare Earth company and COO of a junior Australian Gold company.
Michael’s experience covers a wide range of commodities including precious metals, rare earth, alumina ,iron ore and base metals. Michael has primarily been involved in the restructuring and turnaround of poorly managed or designed mines across Australia and overseas. He has expertise in non-performing assets and refractory type orebodies and has taken multiple projects from conception into commissioning.
