As an undergraduate engineer with limited experience prior to joining the Wave team, the overall learning experience has had a lasting legacy. Gaining knowledge has come in a multitude of ways both engineering related and non-engineering related which has allowed my studies to be enhanced at the same time. The more experienced engineers and project managers have been really helpful in helping me learn and grow, and the social environment here is really supportive and awesome. Plus, the way that Wave helps undergrads learn is perfect-it’s a great place to start your career in mining!
