My journey at Wave began as an undergraduate engineer, from which I progressed through graduateship to now as a professional process engineer. During my time at Wave, I’ve had the chance to work across a range of critical minerals projects, all the way from concept studies through to detailed design. I’ve managed testwork programs, modelled and developed new processes and flowsheets, and witnessed the construction of demonstration plants and their transition into operations. I’ve truly appreciated the Wave team’s willingness to share knowledge and provide guidance, whilst still allowing me to think independently and critically, which has been integral to my early career development.
