Working as an undergraduate at Wave has provided me with the opportunity to apply the theory I’ve learnt at university in practice, while also equipping me with the industry-standard processes and best-practices that are required to deliver successful engineering solutions. I am exposed to a wide range of engineering applications and see projects through from start to finish. Working at Wave, I feel supported in both a technical and personal sense; my mentors are extremely experienced engineers that are keen to share their knowledge, and the structure of our teams facilitate asking questions, raising concerns, and having a joke. I’m looking forward to learning more about what it takes to be a successful engineer with the help of Wave.
