Wave International

Wave was engaged to assist in developing Asset Management Processes for Orica Corperate. A pilot program was conducted at the Orica Yarwun site due to the diverse mix of key products being manufactured on site. The processes included:

- Asset Criticality Assessments including associated documentation
- Generic Maintenance Programs for like Assets
- PM development processes using FMEA

The program was a great sucess and resulted in the program being roled out across the IS sites world wide starting with Orica's newest SI Plant in Hunan China.
