Wave International was appointed Wesfarmers Curragh as part of the management team responsible for the overall planning, budgets and executing the shutdown .To formalise this process Wave consulted all the stake holders within each section of the plant.

This identified all the areas that needed to be executed; Wave pulled together an execution methodology plan and schedule that would successfully complete the shut down.

With safety as our number priority, our experienced shut down managers and their teams have a reputation for bringing the plants back on time and in budget.

The shut consisted of approximately 75000 man hours worked, on a 15 day window 24/7.

Equipment consisted of 15 cranes ranging from 300 ton down to 15 ton frannas, lighting plants, EWPs/JLGs, scaffolding 100 tons plus, all this equipment was incorporated in the schedule and planning sessions.

With our capacity growing and the capability to execute multi disciplinary projects which is supported with our engineering house it gives our clients confidence that the job will get done.
